The farm’s tailored fertilisation plans cater to the nutritional needs of each plot, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality micro-lots. Once the cherries are picked at peak ripeness, they are carefully processed and dried on traditional clay patios under the sun. Carefully selected varietals are then blended to create the cohesive profile of Finca La Argentina.
Expect a smooth, full-bodied cup with notes of chocolate and hazelnut, balanced by creamy nougat. This coffee is roasted to highlight its chocolatey profile by extending the Maillard phase, enhancing caramelisation and resulting in a low-acidity, rich, easy-drinking coffee.
