Ethiopia has long been known for producing some of the fruitiest ‘natural’ coffees. What is more recent is the appearance of delicious ‘washed’ coffees with both fruity and floral flavours.
The Guji region is blessed with mineral-rich volcanic soil, perfect conditions for Arabica coffee cultivation.
Growing under a natural forest canopy the coffee at the Dambi Udo Farm is also helping to bring positive change to its local community. It does this by investing in other local farmers, helping to build schools and even assisting with the construction of road and water infrastructure.
Projects like these are a way in which amazing coffee continues to improve the world we all share. Your choices make a difference.
These elements combine to make a cup that tastes of apricot, peach, and bergamot. We love this as a pourover, favouring the Fellow Stagg dripper, but it also works great as espresso.
