INDIA – Araku | This organic crop, the ‘gems’ of Araku, is lovingly offered as one of the best crops.
We found the first few sips an odd experience when drunk black. It tastes as if there’s some subtle milk in the cup. The jammy apricot notes start to come in over the top and you start to forget the odd sensation. You keep on drinking and stop when your cup is empty. At which point, if you’re like us, you make another cup immediately and then drink that one.
