This grinder enables you to take your coffee brewing to a higher level all while keeping your workspace clean and tidy. Utilising a ‘built-in’ scale set which doubles as the lid, this grinder is purpose-built for weighing, dosing, and grinding for each coffee as you make it. If you want to take your brewing a level higher again, there’s a dedicated iPhone/Android app that connects immediately to your scales and helps track full brewing details. However, don’t get caught up on this, it’s a feature that’s there if you want but you absolutely don’t need to use.

The team at Wilfa have thought through each step of your brewing process to make the use of their top-tier grinder as effortless and pleasurable as possible. The grinder features a weighted, stainless steel grind ‘collection bin’ to minimise static and the retention of coffee inside the bin. Once given a quick tap the bin releases all but a minimal amount of ground coffee and chaff.

The grinder has 41 stepped settings which enable you to grind for all brew methods from a cafetière or cupping grind all the way to espresso. Simply turn the top section of the grinder to jump between grind steps, a handy booklet gives you an idea of where to start depending on what brew method you’re using.

A single button, matched with an auto-off feature once all the beans are ground, makes this, perhaps the easiest grinder to use.
